A Healthy way to Care for people who may be prone to eczema, psroriasis or dry skin.


Natural remedies supplied by Mother Nature were used for centuries long before chemical based steroids and emollients were invented by man.

Today a whole host of natural ingredients are being re-introduced into our society which have proven to be beneficial and help relieve the symptoms and be safe for people who may be prone to eczema and/or psoriasis.  For the success of these ingredients they need to be used in the correct quantities (as specified by the manufacturers) to create the desired effect.

Some of these ingredients are:
Allantoin
It is obtained from the Comfrey plant. Primarily an anti-inflammatory, an astringent, promotes healing. Allantoin encourages the growth of various tissue cells therefore accelerates healing. Benefits inflamed skin conditions such as eczema and psoriasis as well as dry skin and sunburn.
Retinyl Palmitate
Vitamin A is easily absorbed , is deeply moisturising and increases the elasticity of the skin.
Carragheenan
Natural seaweed used for wound cleaning.
Pro- Vitamin B5 (Panthenol)
Panthenol aids tissue repair, acts as an anti inflammatory promotes wound repair and is effective for acute sunburn.

Sodium Stearoyl Lactylate is of vegetable origin

Glyceryl stearate is of vegetable origin. there is lactic acid added but it is not from milk. it is produced by fermentation of sugar. The sugar is fermented by a bacteria strain and after fermentation, purification is carried out.

Cetearyl Alcohol
A refined wax. Protects the skin from dehydration.
Witch Hazel
Witch hazel is astringent, anti – inflammatory and mildly antiseptic. It is used for toning the skin and blood vessels when applied atopically.  It reduces inflammation, good for washing , cleansing and healing of wounds.
Wheatgerm Oil
Helps the regeneration of the skin especially beneficial for burns and scars . A rich thick oil and a very rich source of Vitamin E
Johoba Oil
Rich, moisturising, conditioning and lubricating. It has natural antibacterial properties, softens the skin and is a good moisturiser for all skin types. Replaces petroleum waxes used in conventional treatments.
Essential Oil of Lavender (Lavendula angustifolia)
A useful oil with antiseptic properties, is healing and soothing. Ideal as an insect repellent too. Apparently , Lavender oil came to fame when a gentleman during a laboratory incident burnt himself and plunged his burnt hand into a vat of lavender.
Essential Oil of Geranium (Pelargonium graveolans)
Beneficial for eczema and difficult skin. Normalises and cleanses the skin, it is an anti-inflammatory , astringent and fungicidal, soothing and calming.
Essential Oil of Tea Tree (Melaleuca alternifolia)
Tea tree is an antibacterial and antifungal oil, ideal for all skin problems. It is a powerful immunal stimulant and encourages the body to respond when attacked by germs/bacteria.  The name derives from a herbal tea made from trees.  It is extremely under- rated as we are driven by the pharmacutical and chemical industries
Essential Oil of True Blue Camomile (Camomilla recutita)
Derived from flowers, Blue camomile is an anti-inflammatory. It helps promote healing, and is excellent for sensitive skin conditions such as eczema . It is very gentle and helps to reduce redness of the skin.
