Delivery

We aim to deliver our products to you within 3 to 5 working days wherever you are in the world. However, please allow up to 28 days for deliveries to the United Kingdom and up to 40 days for overseas deliveries. If you are expecting an order delivery and it has not yet arrived please email us with your order reference and we will provide you with a status report. deliveries@elenascollection.co.uk. PLEASE REMEMBER TO PROVIDE THE ORDER REFERENCE (your order reference number was included in the order confirmation e-mail message we sent you).

From 1st June 2005 a £5.00 charge will be added to orders under £80.00 to cover postage and packaging. There is no postage and packaging charge for orders of £80.00 and above within the UK.
